Dong Nai collects the highest BOT fee on the road to Phuoc An port of 110,000 VND/trip

Dong Nai province has just issued BOT toll rates for the road to Phuoc An port with the lowest rate being 20,000 VND/trip; the highest being 110,000 VND/trip.

Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 3002/QD-UBND regulating toll collection rates for the road connecting to Phuoc An port (from the intersection with Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway to Phuoc An port), Nhon Trach district under the form of public-private partnership investment, BOT contract.

The road leading to Phuoc An port passes through many weak areas so a viaduct must be built.

According to the decision, the fee will increase gradually in each phase. In the period from 2025 to 2027, the lowest fee is 20,000 VND/trip; the highest is 110,000 VND/trip. In addition to single-trip tickets, businesses and people can buy monthly and quarterly tickets.

The next phases (2 years per phase) from 2028 to 2040 and later, tickets will increase gradually through each phase.

From 2040 onwards, the lowest one-way ticket price will be 37,000 VND/trip and the highest will be 200,000 VND/trip (applied according to the load capacity of each vehicle type).

The project to build a connecting road to Phuoc An port is nearly 6 km long, the starting point intersects with the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway intersection; the end point connects directly to Phuoc An port, Dong Nai.

The project is invested in the form of PPP, BOT contract with a total investment of more than 1,000 billion VND. According to the plan, the project will be put into operation from the beginning of 2025.

Once put into operation, this route through Highway 319 will form a traffic axis directly connecting Phuoc An port to two expressways: Ben Luc - Long Thanh and Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay.
