According to Mr. Doan Tien Quyet, a data analysis expert at VPI, the model applying artificial neural networks and supervised learning algorithms in machine learning predicts that the retail price of E5 RON 92 gasoline may decrease by 101 VND (0.5%) to 19,749 VND/liter, while RON 95-III gasoline may decrease by 45 VND (0.2%) to 20,385 VND/liter.

During this period, retail oil prices fluctuated, specifically, fuel oil prices may decrease by 2.8% to VND14,940/kg, while diesel prices increased slightly by 1.1% to VND18,673/liter and kerosene increased slightly by 0.2% to VND18,347/liter.

This period, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry and Trade will continue not to set aside or use the Gasoline and Oil Price Stabilization Fund.

In the world market today (September 10), crude oil prices continued to trend positively, WTI oil fluctuated around 62.40-63.15 USD/barrel, up about 0.22-0.83% compared to the previous session.

The market is showing signs of recovery after a period of decline in prices over the past month. Both WTI and Brent have recorded consecutive sessions of increase recently. However, in the long-term perspective, oil prices are still lower than at the same time in 2024, reflecting the challenges of the global energy market.
