The above award continues to affirm the brand and attractiveness of Ninh Binh tourism.

According to the announcement of the travel guide platform TripAdvisor, the list of winners in the category "Best of the Best Things to Do" voted by tourists, Ninh Binh was voted by tourists in the "Top 10 fascinating experiences in the world in 2024".

With the above titles, Ninh Binh has risen to become a locality with outstanding growth in the number of visitors. In the first 8 months of 2024, the number of visitors to tourist attractions in the province is estimated at over 6,895.2 thousand, an increase of 32.71% over the same period last year, reaching 91.94% of the 2024 plan. Tourism revenue in the province in the first 8 months is estimated at over 6,758.2 billion VND, an increase of 45.65% over the same period last year, reaching 81.92% of the 2024 plan. In particular, the number of visitors and the number of days of stay have both increased.

To continue attracting visitors, the tourism industry has increased promotion and advertising, focusing on potential domestic tourist markets in the Central region and the Mekong Delta, and international tourists from Asian and European countries. In addition, the industry has also encouraged businesses and workers in the service sector to develop unique products with their own brands.

Comrade Pham Duy Phong, Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism, said: To continue building the destination brand, the province needs to continue to have policies to attract strategic investors to upgrade and complete infrastructure and technical facilities to serve tourism development. Prioritize projects to build resort hotels and high-end commercial hotels (with standards of 3 stars or higher). At the same time, develop a professional, long-term, systematic and consistent propaganda plan. More effectively control the quality of tourism services, ensure the environment, safety and security for tourists, especially international tourists, create trust and peace for tourists when visiting the routes and tourist attractions of Ninh Binh...

Building and developing a brand is a long-term process, requiring perseverance, effort and responsibility. At the same time, it is necessary to have close coordination and participation of the entire political system in the province, the local community and businesses to synchronously and effectively implement solutions, gradually building Ninh Binh into a "Safe-friendly-quality-attractive" tourist destination, making Ninh Binh a major tourist center of the country and Southeast Asia.
