Putting 5 important information platforms/systems of the province into official, safe and effective operation

(DN) - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Plan No. 221/KH-UBND dated June 25 on the deployment of 5 important information platforms/systems (including: administrative procedure settlement information system; document management and operation system; data integration and sharing platform; reporting information system; online meeting platform) of Dong Nai province.

The purpose of implementing the plan is to synchronously and effectively deploy 5 important information platforms/systems. Thereby, improving the efficiency of state management, operation and handling of administrative procedures at the People's Committee of Dong Nai province; ensuring that the systems/platforms operate stably and smoothly, meeting professional requirements and serving people and businesses better.

Accordingly, the plan to implement the above 5 information platforms/systems is divided into 3 phases. Specifically, the preparation phase is before June 27; the trial phase is from June 28 to 29 and the official operation phase is from June 30 to July 1.

In the plan, the Provincial People's Committee requires that preparations for all 5 systems/platforms must be completed on schedule; thorough and comprehensive testing must be organized, and any errors that arise must be detected and thoroughly resolved. Along with that, training and guidance for staff to proficiently use the new systems/platforms must be provided; and the systems/platforms must be put into official operation safely and effectively. At the same time, information security and data security must be ensured throughout the implementation and operation process.

The Provincial People's Committee requests directors, heads of departments, branches, and chairmen of People's Committees of districts and cities, based on the plan, to identify key tasks and specific measures, develop plans or documents for implementation to ensure the correct content and progress; coordinate with the Department of Science and Technology and related units in the process of testing and officially operating the platforms and systems. Chairmen of People's Committees of districts and cities assign focal officers and technical officers to participate in the "Rapid Response Support Team" to promptly record and exchange with focal officers of departments and branches, and promptly and accurately respond to problems arising during the use process for local users.

The Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Provincial People's Committee Office to urge and coordinate with departments and branches to urgently announce and publicize administrative procedures under the authority of the provincial and commune levels according to the new set of administrative procedures issued by the ministries; coordinate with the Department of Science and Technology to configure and update the process of implementing administrative procedures on the provincial administrative procedure settlement information system, and integrate online public services on the National Public Service Portal.

The plan also clearly states that the Department of Science and Technology will preside over and coordinate with agencies, units, and localities to implement the contents, ensuring the set progress. Ensure technical personnel, coordinate with software providers to configure user authorization and guide the use of platforms/systems; record errors arising during the trial operation; promptly handle and fix them. VNPT Dong Nai ensures that the platforms/systems operate stably and smoothly; assign technical personnel to coordinate with the Department of Science and Technology in operation, prepare documents, implement user instructions; analyze and thoroughly handle errors arising during the trial and official operation.
