FPT buys 100% capital of Next Advanced Communications Japan

FPT Corporation announced the acquisition of 100% of capital of Next Advanced Communications NAC Co., Ltd. (NAC) - a Japanese IT services company, doubling its customer base and service portfolio and consolidating its position in this market. This is also FPT's first M&A deal in Japan.

This deal is a step in line with its global expansion strategy and allows FPT to take advantage of NAC’s experienced and highly specialized human resources in strategic consulting, structural design, technology system planning, design, development and operation. NAC also owns a team of nearly 300 high-quality engineers, many of whom are in the world’s Top 40 in Salesforce, CRM, etc.
