Therefore, the Department of Agriculture and Environment requests the People's Committees of districts, cities, and towns to direct, assign, and urge the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the Agricultural Service Center to inspect, guide the care and prevention of harmful organisms according to the instructions of the Department of Cultivation and Plant Protection; continue to regularly kill rats and prevent outbreaks of rice blast, leaf blight, bacterial streak spots, etc.

Strengthen care for rice and spring crops according to the plant health management program (IPM/IPHM), safety procedures. In rice cultivation, focus on improving the quality of the area of ​​​​SRI rice intensive cultivation. At the same time, assign the Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection to coordinate with the Agricultural Service Centers of districts, cities and towns to investigate, monitor, and accurately forecast the scale, level and area of ​​​​harm for each subject, issue weekly notices, advise, and propose timely and effective measures to prevent and control harmful organisms to ensure production safety.
