Gia Lai announces 6 new internal administrative procedures in the veterinary field

(GLO)- 6 new internal administrative procedures (TTHC) in the veterinary field in the state administrative system in Gia Lai province have just been announced in Decision No. 692/QD-UBND dated June 28, 2025 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Accordingly, the 6 new internal administrative procedures that have just been announced include 3 provincial-level internal administrative procedures including: deciding on funding support, materials and resources for preventing and controlling terrestrial animal diseases beyond the local capacity; declaring terrestrial animal diseases when animal diseases occur in 2 or more commune-level administrative units; declaring the end of terrestrial animal diseases when animal diseases occur in 2 or more commune-level administrative units.

The remaining 3 internal administrative procedures at the commune level are: declaring terrestrial animal epidemics when there are sufficient conditions to declare an epidemic occurring within the commune; declaring the end of terrestrial animal epidemics when there are sufficient conditions to declare an epidemic occurring within the commune; supporting people participating in overcoming animal epidemics.
