The inspection team consists of 8 officers, led by Mr. Vo Van Hieu, Acting Head of the Complaints and Denunciations Department. The inspection period is 10 working days from the date of announcement of the decision.

Previously, on August 19, the Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee issued a document requesting the inspection and verification of reports on signs of violations in land management and construction encroachment on public land in Phuoc My commune (formerly Quy Nhon city, Binh Dinh province, now Quy Nhon Tay ward). The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and local authorities to review, clarify responsibilities, and strictly handle collectives and individuals if there are violations.
According to the reflection, one of the contents that the public is interested in is the land of more than 2,500m² in Thanh Long village (Quy Nhon Tay ward) which is managed by the State, previously used by Phuoc Thanh 3 cooperative (dissolved). However, the land was later granted a certificate of land use rights to a household, then quickly divided into lots, transferred to many individuals, including officials, leaders and relatives in Phuoc My commune before.

In addition, public opinion and people also reflected the illegal construction on agricultural land, forest land, and public land in many areas of Phuoc My commune in the past. These contents are currently being inspected and clarified by the authorities.
