Thanh Hoa City currently has more than 9,300 operating enterprises. In order to develop the team of enterprises and entrepreneurs, promote economic growth and create jobs for workers, the city has had many solutions and policies to encourage the development of new enterprises. As an organization representing the legitimate rights and interests of the city's business community, the Thanh Hoa City Business Association is actively promoting connection and training activities, enhancing exchanges and links to promote the development of a strong city business community in the future.

Thanh Hoa City Business Association organized the "Red Star Entrepreneur" seminar to strongly inspire the entrepreneurial spirit for the business community.

Since the beginning of the year, the association has organized regular monthly member visits and connections. According to the Association's Member Connection Committee, in addition to introducing the association's business models to businesses, the association's leaders also exchanged experiences, gave suggestions, and suggested new directions and development opportunities. This is also an opportunity for businesses to expand connections, cooperate, find customers, and support each other in investing in production and business development effectively.

Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director of Thanh Hoa 19-5 Joint Stock Company Le Ngoc Minh said: "Although we are not a new enterprise, but with the business line of automobile trading and related services, when joining the association, we have more opportunities to introduce and promote products. Along with that, enterprises can also exchange, learn and support each other in production and management experience, especially in the issue of product consumption".

As a young enterprise in the field of elevator manufacturing, although it has only appeared on the Thanh Hoa market since 2017, AZ Electrical Engineering Elevator Co., Ltd. has quickly built a reputation for its products and services. Chairman of the Board of Directors Tran Thiet Thich shared: "By joining the association, we not only have access to a new "file" of customers, which are enterprises with many potential projects in the fields that we are able to cooperate with, but young entrepreneurs themselves are also motivated by successful entrepreneurs to always strive and try to overcome difficulties, making the enterprise develop more and more successfully."

For Thanh Hoa City, small and medium enterprises play an important role because of the appropriate scale of premises, capital and human resources, helping these enterprises maintain high flexibility and easily adapt to market changes. However, with this scale, access to production resources such as capital, resources, technology, and legal knowledge are all limited. In that context, the role of associations becomes very important in providing a connection and learning environment that is almost free.

Along with connecting members, in 2024, the new and outstanding feature of Thanh Hoa City Business Association is thematic discussion programs conducted live and broadcast online on the association's digital platforms, attracting the attention of many businesses. With the participation of many speakers and businessmen, it has provided businesses with a lot of knowledge about the market, law, business management skills... useful in operating small and medium enterprises.

Typically, at the Business Forum "Administrative Profession" held in October 2024, speaker Mai Huu Tin, Chairman of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, term IV, Deputy Head of the Private Economic Development Research Board of the Prime Minister's Advisory Council for Administrative Procedure Reform, Chairman of the Binh Duong Provincial Business Federation, conveyed to the program knowledge about the role of vision, strategy, resource allocation, group thinking and corporate culture, skills of creative leaders... Along with that is knowledge about risk identification skills; leadership models; how to design organizations, manage talents to maximize the intelligence and capacity of workers.

The speaker also directly discussed, explained, and resolved some difficulties and problems of entrepreneurs participating in the forum directly related to business administration; forecasted opportunities and challenges for young entrepreneurs; development potential and competition in some fields of production, interior business, construction; cash flow management skills; and at the same time encouraged and inspired Thanh Hoa enterprises and entrepreneurs on how to maintain confidence and entrepreneurial spirit to face the difficult developments of the market economy.

Thanh Hoa City Business Association has now grown to 600 members. Up to now, not only has the association expanded its scale of gathering and attracting members in the city, it has also spread its activities and attracted business members in districts, towns and cities in the province, and some businesses in provinces and cities across the country. This has affirmed that the "attractiveness" of the association does not only come from the work of protecting the rights and interests of businesses, but is also more strongly affirmed in the activities of sharing, cooperating and growing together.
