Ha Anh Tuan releases a collaborative album with Kitaro

Ha Anh Tuan released the album "Brilliant Horizon" with Japanese musician Kitaro and Vo Thien Thanh, on March 13.

The CD includes 13 songs that were performed at the live show of the same name in Ninh Binh early last year. Among them are two recordings produced by Kitaro himself, with Vietnamese lyrics written by musician Viet Anh: Ánh Trăng Tan - Koi and Đường tơ Lụa, đường cố hương - Silk Road . The Japanese musician once said when performing in the live show: "I was very moved when Koi and Silk Road were recreated by Ha Anh Tuan and given a different life. I am proud to be a part of creating The Radiant Horizon ."

Two new songs by musician Vo Thien Thanh: Nhung de con cua rong, Song doi ruc roc were also chosen by the singer to be included in the eighth album of his career. "I believe this product will connect energy, people and spread happiness to the audience", Ha Anh Tuan.

Kitaro, 71, was born in Achiken, Japan. Although he never attended any music school, he mastered instruments such as guitar, sitar, bamboo flute, drums, keyboard and many traditional instruments. He later joined the famous musician Miyashita's band and toured around the world.

In 1972, Kitaro was introduced to the synthesizer and his musical career began to take off. When Miyashita's band disbanded in 1976, he performed solo around Asia. From then on, he chose his own path. Albums were released: Tenkai (1978), Silk Road (1980). A recording contract with Geffen Records in 1986 brought Kitaro's music to the American market, selling more than 10 million of his albums in one year.

Ha Anh Tuan became famous when he entered the top 3 of Sao Mai Diem Hen 2006. The albums Saigon Radio (2008), Cocktail (2010) and Street Rhythm (2015) were nominated for the Dedication Award. At the end of 2016, Ha Anh Tuan launched the music project See sing share with 10 episodes released on YouTube. The project led to a series of resounding live shows in 2018, 2019, 2021, 2023 such as: Fragile, Sweet memories, Romance - The man & the flower on the left chest, Short story , Veston, Healed wounds, Radiant horizon. The singer born in 1984 is also involved in many community activities.
