While waiting for the bus, this student was approached by a person on a motorbike, pretending to be a driver booked by the parent to pick him up.
In a hurry, the student got on the bus but forgot to check the license plate number, driver, vehicle type, and brand. It was only when the parent called that the student realized he had gotten on the wrong bus.
Immediately after that, the student asked to stop the car but the driver did not agree and continued to drive faster.
Too panicked, the student tried to jump onto the road while the motorbike was moving, injuring himself and requiring several stitches.
According to the school principal, this student has very good academic performance. He handled the situation quickly. “This student will return to school tomorrow,” the school principal added.
After the incident, the school sent out a warning to the entire school, asking students not to rush and to carefully verify information before getting on the bus.
When students discover an unusual incident, they need to stay calm and immediately contact their parents, teachers or people around them; absolutely do not act hastily or cause danger.
The school also recommends that families equip their children with emergency response skills and limit letting them travel alone in adverse weather conditions or in dark, deserted areas.
