Hanoi: Chicken restaurant in Long Bien district caught fire

(Dan Tri) - Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire at a chicken restaurant in Long Bien ward, Long Bien district, Hanoi , which happened tonight.

On the evening of March 17, speaking with Dan Tri reporter, a representative of the Long Bien Fire Prevention and Rescue Team (Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, Hanoi Police) said that at about 7:39 p.m., a fire broke out at a chicken restaurant in Long Bien ward, Long Bien district.

After receiving the news, the Fire Police and Rescue Department dispatched many fire trucks and officers to the scene to put out the fire and search and rescue.

At the scene, fire and smoke from the fire billowed up, making many people worried. Most of the furniture and items in the restaurant were burned.

"After about 10 minutes, the fire was extinguished. The fire occurred at a chicken shop with a corrugated iron roof. Fortunately, there were no casualties. The cause of the fire is still being investigated," said a representative of the Long Bien Fire Prevention and Rescue Team.
