VOV.VN - During this year's military recruitment in Thai Binh province, twin brothers Le Cong Vinh and Le Cong Quang, born in 2005, in An Ap commune, Quynh Phu district, volunteered to join the army. For them, contributing their youth to protect the Fatherland is both a responsibility and an honor.
