Squadron 128 organizes activities towards national festival day

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - Joining in the atmosphere of the entire Party, the entire army, and the entire people towards the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, officers, soldiers, and workers of Navy Division 128 have been striving to compete to achieve many practical achievements towards the national festival.

The achievements of the Navy Division are vivid evidence of the spirit of innovation, creativity, and solidarity in overcoming difficulties of a typical unit in carrying out the "dual" task of both combat readiness (SSCĐ) and economic and defense development.

The ship performs missions at sea.

The Fleet has thoroughly grasped the orders, directives and instructions from all levels on combat readiness work. Focused on leadership, direction, organization, patrolling and reconnaissance to grasp the situation at sea; promptly reported and handled situations well, avoiding being surprised and passive, ensuring absolute safety of assigned targets and sea areas, completing assigned tasks well and excellently.

Traditional industries are promoted and developed by the Navy.

Along with the SSCĐ mission, the production and business activities of the Navy always strictly comply with the State Law, the regulations of the Army and the Service. Promoting internal strength, actively and proactively overcoming difficulties, the Navy has focused on performing production tasks, building the economy combining national defense, national defense with the economy, contributing with the forces in the Service to firmly protect the sovereignty of the sea, islands and continental shelf of the Fatherland.

The sports competition took place enthusiastically throughout the unit.

Within the framework of activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 , the 128th Fleet organized a sports competition of 3 subjects: pickleball, badminton and table tennis. This is an opportunity for cadres, union members and association members to compete, learn and improve their professional qualifications and sports competition experience, and is also a healthy and useful playground, in order to continue responding to the Campaign "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho".

On August 29, 2025, Squadron 128 organized a "Union Meal" to thank and express gratitude to workers who have made many contributions to production and business activities.

This is an event in a series of activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution, National Day September 2 and the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28) to take care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers; demonstrating the concern and companionship of the leaders, commanders of the Navy and the trade union organization towards the workers.

Lieutenant Colonel Vu Van Hau, Deputy Director of the Navy, presented gifts to officers, soldiers and workers in especially difficult circumstances.

Also on this occasion, Squadron 128 organized the presentation of 5 gifts from the Central Military Commission - Ministry of National Defense, each gift worth 1.8 million VND to officers, soldiers and workers with especially difficult circumstances in the unit.

Working group of Navy Division 128 visited, encouraged and gave gifts to sponsored children of fishermen.

In Thanh Hoa, the working delegation of Squadron 128 visited, encouraged, and presented 2 gifts, each worth 3.5 million VND, and many practical gifts to the children of fishermen sponsored by the unit on the occasion of preparing to enter the new school year 2025-2026.

These are truly meaningful gifts, showing the affection and care of the Party Committee and the Navy Command to join hands, share and encourage military families in difficult circumstances and children of fishermen sponsored by the unit to overcome difficulties and rise up in life.
