Two Dong Nai authors participate in book publishing in the UK

(DN) - The monograph Clean Energy in South - East Asia has just been officially released by The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), UK in September 2025 (https://digital-library.theiet.org/doi/10.1049/PBPO266E).

The 505-page book systematizes the current status and prospects for clean energy development in Southeast Asia. The data is analyzed from practices in many provinces and cities in Vietnam. The content revolves around the potential and challenges of wind and solar power; impacts from policies and investment mechanisms; trends in clean energy use in developing countries; technical solutions to optimize the power grid; applications of AI and IoT in sustainable energy management.

This is a scientific work carried out over many years by a group of authors, including: Associate Professor, Dr. Ngo Dang Luu, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Hung, Associate Professor, Dr. Le Anh Tuan, Dr. Nguyen Dinh Long, Dr. Le Anh Duc. In which, Dr. Nguyen Dinh Long is currently the Head of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Dong Nai University and Dr. Le Anh Duc, former Principal of Dong Nai University, is currently Vice President of the Union of Science and Technology Associations of Dong Nai province.

Associate Professor, Dr. Ngo Dang Luu said that the book connects theory and practice, analyzes many real-life situations and proposes useful solutions, helping to apply them in a well-founded and appropriate manner in the context of Vietnam implementing the Net Zero 2050 commitment and the Power Plan VIII. Therefore, the book is considered an important reference for training institutions, businesses, researchers, and policymakers in the field of clean energy and energy transition in Southeast Asia.
