The Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) has just issued a notice stating that it has received feedback from investors regarding a number of images and documents impersonating HoSE.
These documents are labeled "Decision on investment package operation", "Investment cooperation contract"..., with the seal and signature of HoSE leaders.
An investment cooperation contract of the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange was forged.
Through verification, HoSE confirmed that all the images and information provided by the investor above are not true and have been faked to create false trust for investors.
HoSE recommends that investors should be extremely cautious, avoid receiving and believing in unverified information, especially fake images and documents. The use of fake documents not only poses financial risks to investors but also affects the transparency and safety of the stock market.
The agency also recommends that investors who need to find official information should directly access the website at www.hsx.vn or the official fanpage of HoSE at https://www.facebook.com/HochiminhStockExchange .
These are two official information disclosure channels, fully and promptly updating announcements from HoSE as well as stock market members.
