VOV.VN - On the evening of May 3, at Red Square, Moscow, the Vietnam People's Army delegation participated in a preliminary rehearsal on Red Square, preparing for the parade to celebrate the 80th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War (May 9).

At the preliminary rehearsal, the soldiers of the delegation were present with 19 military delegations from other countries invited by Russia to participate in the parade on May 9. In order, the Vietnamese delegation marched in the 8th position among the international forces. Following were the delegations of China, Laos and Myanmar.

At the preliminary rehearsal, the display of equipment and weapons by the host country, the Russian Federation, attracted attention and made a strong impression on the participating delegations and those present at the scene.

In particular, at the preliminary rehearsal, a large number of Vietnamese people living, studying and working in the Russian Federation were present at the Red Square to directly see the soldiers of the Vietnamese delegation. Many people wore red shirts with yellow stars and raised the national flag, shouting the words "Vietnam".
