Parenting skills support

(CT) - At the Center for Women's Development in the Mekong Delta, the Vietnam Women's Union coordinated with the Can Tho City Women's Union to organize a training course for 19 instructors of the parenting program for comprehensive child development in Chau Thanh commune, Truong Long commune, Binh Thuy ward and Ninh Kieu ward, Can Tho city.

Students practice skills in organizing activities for children.

Students are equipped with knowledge and skills to organize and coordinate parent groups; practice skills in handling situations, organizing games; skills in consulting, listening, and sharing with parents in caring for and educating children; and organizing experiential activities related to parenting content. In addition, students are also instructed on methods to build a safe family environment, raise children positively, take care of health, nutrition, support intellectual and emotional development for children...

The training period takes place over 5 days, from September 24 to 28.
