Support workers to return to the labor market

At a time when the labor market continues to have many fluctuations, Phu Tho Employment Service Center has proactively implemented synchronous solutions to stabilize the labor market. Thereby, it aims to advise, introduce jobs, support workers, especially unemployed workers to return to the labor market soon.

Every month, Phu Tho Employment Service Center organizes sessions to consult and introduce jobs to workers.

In recent times, at Phu Tho Employment Service Center, the organization of various steps to connect labor market information, improve the efficiency of job exchanges with a variety of numbers and forms of organization... has created opportunities for workers to contact and exchange directly with employers based on the needs of all parties. To provide advice, introduce jobs, and support workers, especially unemployed workers, the Center has updated 100 recruitment positions on the official website "vieclamphutho.gov.vn" to help workers easily access recruitment information, especially those receiving unemployment insurance.

Along with that, the center has also diversified its consulting forms such as through job transaction sessions; consulting through job and vocational training consultation conferences in communes, wards and towns in the province; directly consulting the number of workers who came to register for unemployment insurance,... By the end of August 2025, it had consulted 42,430/46,000 people, reaching 92.2% of the yearly plan. At the same time, it contacted businesses inside and outside the province that need to recruit workers to introduce jobs to 530 workers. By the end of August, it had introduced 7,489/8,900 workers, of which 35 workers had jobs.

To simplify administrative procedures and increase service efficiency, the Center continues to implement the "One destination, one stop" model to help workers access modern and convenient services when coming to work. With this model, workers only need to go to one place, the Employment Service Center, to have all their needs related to unemployment benefit procedures, job counseling, career guidance, vocational training introduction, new vocational training, access to other policies on insurance, labor, training, etc. resolved.

Comrade Nguyen The Hung - Director of Phu Tho Employment Service Center said: Thanks to proactively implementing synchronous solutions, since the beginning of the year, the Center has introduced jobs to 7,489 people, reaching 84.1% of the yearly plan and 88 workers have been sent to work abroad. In particular, one of the important pillars of the policy to support workers to return to the labor market soon is consulting and introducing jobs after workers have received vocational training support.

Instructions for collecting information on job needs, vocational training and working abroad for workers from poor and near-poor households...

To achieve the above results, in the past time, the Center has organized 15 job transaction sessions, reaching 62.5% of the plan, creating an effective bridge between businesses and employees. In addition, the Center also organized 4 job consulting conferences to support employees in updating recruitment trends and job search skills. Notably, the Center has also seriously and properly implemented the settlement of unemployment insurance policies, with a total expenditure from the beginning of the year to date of more than 130.6 billion VND; along with that, many employees have been supported in vocational training...

From now until the end of the year, the Center aims to organize 9 more job fairs and provide 5,000 labor market information sessions to the people. At the same time, it will continue to strengthen collective counseling, expand skills training, and career guidance to support unemployed workers to return to the market soon. At the same time, the Center also implements flexible measures such as electronic transactions and receiving applications through many forms to make it more convenient for workers.

Hopefully, in the coming time, Phu Tho Employment Service Center will continue to affirm its role as a reliable bridge between workers and businesses, contributing to stabilizing social security and developing the local economy .
