Do Thi Ha and Thuy Tien support people Nu village and flood victims in Yen Bai

Miss Do Thi Ha went to Nu village, Phuc Khanh commune, Bao Yen district, Lao Cai province - where many tragic cases of human and property damage were recorded - to carry out relief work. She and the charity group spent 7 hours traveling by car from Hanoi, and another 2 hours traveling from Lao Cai city to reach the people's residence. The landslide caused difficulties in traveling on the road.

The beauty queen born in 2001 and the volunteer group of Tien Phong newspaper went to the scene of the landslide to give money to the relatives of those who died in the flood, the amount of 5 million VND/household. The relief group gave 50 gifts to the people of Nu village and the remaining 50 gifts to people in other areas in Lao Cai, the total amount of money was up to 500 million VND.

In addition to giving relief money, the volunteer group and Miss Do Thi Ha visited and encouraged people who were severely affected by the flash floods. "Everybody was stunned, sad and haunted by what had happened. I was moved by the people's stories. Some people could not hide their grief and burst into tears when I asked them about it. I was also choked up and moved," Do Thi Ha shared.

Do Thi Ha added that the devastating natural disaster has left people in a state of total loss. The beauty added that she hopes for support and sharing from the authorities, people across the country, and the people of Nu village to soon stabilize their lives.

"I hope that people across the country will continue to turn to Lao Cai so that people can overcome the consequences of the storm and flood, stabilize their lives and jobs, children can go back to school, and a new future can begin," Do Thi Ha added.

In addition, Do Thi Ha and the volunteer group expressed their gratitude and gave gifts to the military forces who supported the people during the difficult days. She shared that she felt relieved because the floodwaters receded and people's lives gradually recovered. While traveling to the locations to give gifts and support the people, Miss Do Thi Ha continuously updated the damage caused by flash floods in Thach Thanh district, Thanh Hoa.

On September 13, Miss Thuy Tien and the "African team" came to support people affected by the storm. Storm No. 3 YAGI caused in Lao Cai and Yen Bai.

At the same time, Thuy Tien went to Lao Cai General Hospital, where the victims rescued from the storm and flood were being treated directly. The group decided to support 15 children in especially difficult circumstances, facing the pain of losing loved ones.

Miss Thuy Tien's delegation also went to the Cultural House in the village. Ban Tat, Yen Bai to support. This is the shelter for many families who no longer have a place to live. The delegation gave 10 million VND/household to 11 families whose houses were completely collapsed.

On September 14, the charity group continued to give 10 million VND/person to 37 households in Yen Bai whose houses were completely collapsed, mainly in villages such as Lang Thip, Lam Giang, An Binh, Dong Cuong, Ngoi A, Chau Que Ha and Ban Tat.

Artists come to Tuyen Quang and Yen Bai to support people

Along with many people turning to their compatriots in the North, many artists personally went to the Northern provinces to directly participate in relief efforts.

In the flood-hit area of ​​Thai Nguyen, actors Kieu Anh and relatives went to heavily flooded areas, giving necessities such as instant noodles, milk, bottled water (packaged into portions) to people.

Appearing in the flood area at the most stressful time, Kieu Anh said she lost sleep because of anxiety. The water was deep, rising to the second floor of the house, Kieu Anh's charity group had to travel by boat to deliver goods to each resident.

In addition to Thai Nguyen, Kieu Anh traveled to the hot spot of Tuyen Quang to provide relief to people in the flooded areas. The image of the actress working hard in the flooded areas received many compliments from the online community.

Also present in the deep flood area was actor Anh Vu. When he arrived in Tuyen Quang to provide relief, the city was submerged in water and the electricity was completely cut off. The actor's charity group had to use a flycam to deliver life jackets to people in the flooded area.

Over the past few days, Bang Kieu has also been busy participating in relief efforts for people in flooded areas. The male singer said he immediately moved to Yen Bai after hearing that the locality needed boats and life jackets for relief.

Arriving in Yen Bai after finishing the recording of the show "Anh trai qua ngan cong gai", he said he felt "heartbroken" when seeing people stuck in heavily flooded areas, while floodwaters rose.

"Many elderly people, children, and pregnant women live in level 4 houses. When the water rose, they could not move in time and had no place to take shelter. The rain has stopped, so flood relief work is less difficult," Bang Kieu shared.
