Previously, on November 21, the Inspection Team of Market Management Team No. 1 - Market Management Department of Bac Giang province coordinated with the Economic Police Team - Bac Giang City Police, Bac Giang City Health Department to inspect the JW Beauty Service Business Household (address in Dinh Ke ward, Bac Giang city, Bac Giang province).

During the inspection, the authorities discovered that JW Cosmetic Clinic had many violations. Specifically, examining and treating patients without a medical practice certificate. Providing medical examination and treatment services without a medical practice license. Practicing pharmacy without a pharmacy practice certificate. Selling drugs without a certificate of eligibility for pharmaceutical business.

Market Management Team No. 1 has prepared a dossier to submit to the competent authority to issue a Decision on administrative penalty against the JW Beauty Service Business Household for the above 4 violations with the amount of 137.5 million VND, forcing them to return the illegal profits gained from committing the administrative violations with the amount of 10.55 million VND. The total amount of administrative penalty and illegal profits is 148.05 million VND.

At the same time, suspend the operation of the facility for a period of 24 months.
