According to Tripadvisor, Hoi An ancient town is located along the Hoai River, famous for its ancient houses with characteristic yellow walls and rich traditional heritage.
This place used to be a trading port for merchants from all over the world . Hoi An leaves an impression on many foreign tourists because of its peaceful, rustic scenery but also has many unique experiences.
Hoi An Ancient Town ranked 7th on the list. Two other Vietnamese destinations also made the list: the War Remnants Museum in Ho Chi Minh City (ranked 10th) and the Cu Chi Tunnels (ranked 14th).
