Conference to disseminate resolutions, directives and regulations of the Central and Provincial Party Committees

On January 16, the Provincial Party Committee held a conference to study, learn and disseminate resolutions, directives, conclusions and regulations of the Central and Provincial Party Committees. The conference was connected online to 73 points of district, city and party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee and expanded to the grassroots level with 2,194 cadres and party members participating.

Attending the conference at the Provincial Party Committee bridge were comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Provincial Party Committee members and leaders of departments, branches, sectors, the Fatherland Front, mass organizations, and central agencies located in the province.

At the conference, Comrade Phan Tan Canh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, disseminated Directive No. 27-CT/TW dated December 25, 2023 of the Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership in practicing thrift and combating waste. Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, disseminated Directive No. 28-CT/TW dated December 25, 2023 of the Politburo on strengthening the care, education and protection of children to meet the requirements of developing a prosperous and happy country; Resolution No. 27-NQ/TU dated December 4, 2023 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on strengthening the leadership of Party committees at all levels in the work of developing social insurance participants until 2025, with a vision to 2030 and Plan No. 03/KH-UBND dated January 2, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee on implementing Resolution No. 27-NQ/TU. Listening to Comrade Lam Dong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee, thoroughly grasp Regulation No. 137-QD/TW dated December 1, 2023 of the Secretariat on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of specialized agencies to advise and assist provincial and centrally-affiliated city Party Committees and Regulation No. 138-QD/TW dated December 1, 2023 of the Secretariat on the functions, tasks, and working relationships of Party committees and grassroots Party cells of agencies.

Through the conference, the awareness and responsibility of Party committees and Party members at all levels are raised in implementing the viewpoints, goals, tasks and key solutions of the directives and regulations of the Politburo , the Secretariat and the resolutions and plans of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee. Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee requires delegates to fully and systematically grasp the spirit of the resolutions, directives, regulations and plans that have been thoroughly disseminated; on that basis, organize dissemination and propaganda to all cadres, Party members and the masses in their localities, agencies and units. At the same time, research and develop action programs to implement the resolutions, directives and regulations of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee in a specific, practical and effective manner, associated with the successful implementation of assigned political tasks.

Attending were comrades: Executive Committee members, Party Committee Inspection Committee members and secretaries and deputy secretaries of branches and affiliated Party committees.
