Speaking at the program, Mr. Bui Viet Cuong, member of the Executive Committee of the Central Youth Union, said that with a number accounting for over 50% of the total number of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the entire agency, the women of the Central Youth Union are always harmonious, exemplary in work, in lifestyle, striving to complete assigned tasks well, while at the same time nurturing and building the family home of each individual.

In 2024, based on the results of the emulation movement and individual achievements, the Standing Committee of the Agency's Trade Union reviewed, selected and decided to reward 35 female officials and union members with the most outstanding achievements in implementing the movement "Good at public work, good at housework".

Also based on the proposal of the trade unions of affiliated units, the Central Youth Union's Trade Union decided to recognize 1,010 female officials and union members of the entire agency with the title "Good at public work, good at housework" in 2024.
