Meeting of the Propaganda and Celebration Subcommittee of the Provincial Party Congress

On the afternoon of September 16, the Subcommittee for Propaganda and Celebration of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, held a meeting. Comrade Tran Manh Loi, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, Head of the Subcommittee chaired the meeting. Attending the meeting were Comrade Vuong Ngoc Ha, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of departments and branches that are members of the Subcommittee.

With the motto of "practical, effective, economical, not ostentatious", in recent times, the Subcommittee and its member agencies and units have continued to closely follow the Plan of the Provincial Party Committee and Directive No. 45 of the Politburo to actively carry out their tasks. At the same time, they urged members to closely follow the functions and tasks of the industry, coordinate to carry out work on schedule, ensuring focus and key points.

Currently, propaganda and celebration work is being promoted in localities and bases, creating a solemn and exciting atmosphere towards the Congress. Tuyen Quang Newspaper, Radio and Television have created reports, opened propaganda columns, introduced advanced models, outstanding achievements of the two provinces before the merger and the development vision in the new term. Cultural, artistic and sports activities to welcome the Congress are also taking place vigorously, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity, trust and expectations of the people in the leadership of the Party...

At the meeting, members reported on the results of assigned work and discussed: Progress of decoration and celebration work at the Provincial Information - Conference Center and localities in the province; propaganda plan before, during and after the Congress. In addition, delegates also proposed to strengthen coordination between agencies and units to ensure synchronization and efficiency in performing tasks; focus on inspection and supervision of progress and quality, ensuring the correct political orientation and prescribed time, contributing to creating an exciting and solemn atmosphere towards the Congress.

Concluding the meeting, Comrade Tran Manh Loi, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Head of the Subcommittee, highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of the Subcommittee's member agencies and units. Up to now, the propaganda and celebration work serving the Congress has basically ensured progress and quality of work.

Regarding the upcoming tasks, he emphasized: There is not much time left until the Congress, requiring a high sense of responsibility and the urgent and synchronous participation of each member of the Subcommittee. To ensure the progress and quality of the assigned tasks, he asked the members of the Subcommittee to review all assigned work contents, promptly detect slow implementation or difficulties and problems in order to have specific solutions.

At the same time, proactively coordinate with relevant units in implementing propaganda and celebration activities to ensure the correct orientation, content, time and requirements. Strengthen inspection and supervision of implementation progress at the grassroots level; ensure that all work contents are completed on time, with the right quality, serving the success of the Congress.
