On February 5, Dam Ha District Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision to establish the Party Committee of Party Agencies; the Party Committee of the District People's Committee; and to merge the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department. Comrade Do Thi Ninh Huong, Provincial Party Committee member, District Party Committee Secretary, attended and directed the conference.
According to the decisions, the Party Committee of the Party Agencies directly under the District Party Committee consists of 12 subordinate Party cells with 73 Party members; established on the basis of rearranging the Party Committee of the District Party Committee and receiving the Party Cells of the Transport Bloc, the Party Cell of the Procuracy, the Party Cell of the Court, the Party Cell of the Civil Judgment Execution from the District Party Committee and Party members who are standing members of the People's Council, in charge of the People's Council committees of the district from the Party Committee of the District Government. Comrade Dang Van Tuan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Party Agencies.
The Party Committee of the District People's Committee directly under the District Party Committee consists of 16 subordinate Party cells with 174 Party members; established on the basis of rearranging the Party Committee of the District Government and receiving the following Party cells: Center for Agricultural Technical Services; Market Management Board; Center for Communication and Culture; Construction Investment Project Management Board; Center for Irrigation - Traffic and Environment; Protective Forest Management Board; Center for Continuing Education and Vocational Training; Department of Statistics; Party Cell of the Urban Order and Environment Inspection Team from the District Party Committee. Comrade Hoang Vinh Khuyen, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the District People's Committee.
Merge the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee into the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee. Comrade Nguyen Thi Hoa, member of the District Party Committee's Standing Committee, Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, was assigned and appointed to hold the position of Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, concurrently Director of the District Political Center.
The decisions take effect from February 5, 2025.
Speaking at the conference, Comrade Do Thi Ninh Huong, Provincial Party Committee member, District Party Committee Secretary, requested: The Party Committee of the District Party Agencies; the Party Committee of the District People's Committee; the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the District Party Committee to quickly stabilize the organizational structure, proactively follow the regulations on functions, tasks, working relationships, build and promulgate regulations; promptly unify, adjust and supplement the 2025 work program and plan to ensure compliance with principles and meet the requirements of new tasks. At the same time, well prepare the conditions to deploy the Congress of the Party Committee of the Party Agencies; the Congress of the District People's Committee, term 2025-2030; towards the 26th District Party Congress, term 2025-2030. For the subordinate Party cells, closely follow the direction of the Party Committee, promptly deploy the tasks; promptly report, advise, and propose to remove difficulties in the implementation process; ensure the apparatus operates smoothly and effectively. Continue to reorganize and streamline the apparatus with a proactive, determined and drastic spirit, combined with improving the capacity and responsibility of the staff, civil servants, public employees and administrative discipline; especially promoting the sense of responsibility of the leader.
