Opening of the 15th Ninh Thuan Provincial Mass Arts Festival in 2024

On the morning of August 27, at the Provincial Cultural Center, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held the Opening Ceremony of the 15th Ninh Thuan Provincial Mass Arts Festival in 2024 with the theme "Ninh Thuan - Aspiration to rise high".

The festival has the participation of nearly 300 artists, singers, amateur actors from 7 districts, cities, the Provincial Police, and the Provincial Elderly Association. In one day, the groups brought to the audience 50 performances of various types such as: skits, solos, duets, dances, musical instruments, and modern dance.

The organizers presented souvenir flags to the delegations.
