As part of a series of activities to welcome the 16th Quang Ninh Provincial Party Congress, on the morning of September 23, at the Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Palace, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated with the Provincial Newspaper, Radio, Television, and the Provincial Journalists Association to organize the opening ceremony of the exhibition, introduction of books, newspapers, documents; exhibition of documentary photos and propaganda posters to welcome the 16th Quang Ninh Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. Along with that, it depicts historical milestones and typical events in the journey of innovation and development voted annually; Uncle Ho with the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Quang Ninh province; cultural values, spirit, mettle and aspirations of Quang Ninh people. The highlight is also the introduction of the covers of special issues in recent years, vividly reflecting the Provincial Party Congresses from the 1st to the 15th Congress, typical books and newspapers, and 50 propaganda posters welcoming the 16th Quang Ninh Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

In particular, the exhibition combines the application of modern technology, bringing a virtual reality experience space jointly implemented by the Voice of Vietnam (VOV), combining VR and AI to recreate authentic, emotional historical moments. After the success of the experience activity "Returning to the sacred moment" at the exhibition "80 years of Independence - Freedom - Happiness Journey" at the National Exhibition and Fair Center, Quang Ninh became the first locality in the country to bring this technology to display and exhibit. The public was "traveled through time and space", immersing themselves with the people of the whole country on Independence Day, listening to President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, raising their hands to shout the oath of support for the Government.

At the same time, the Provincial Newspaper, Radio and Television also built a virtual studio space right at the exhibition, bringing a modern media experience, creating a lively bridge between the press and the public.
