This is an effective crab salt production facility, aiming to register OCOP products . Currently, the company has also sold products on e-commerce platforms such as voso.vn, tiktok, shopee... and sold products via livestream with quite high efficiency. The company has also built raw material areas and purchased shrimp and crab from neighboring people. From there, it has created jobs for many local workers. The company's products, thanks to transactions through e-commerce channels, have reached far and wide across the country.

On the same day, the delegation visited the integrated farming model of Mr. Lam Quang Tong, Hamlet 8, U Minh Commune. Currently, Mr. Tong raises many species such as: eels, frogs, soft-shell turtles, snakes... The model currently provides a steady income thanks to the sale of commercial frogs and eels. In addition, he also provides frog breeds and transfers techniques to people.

At the meeting, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council Le Hong Thinh visited the production situation of enterprises and livestock households, and learned about product output as well as the need for capital support, machinery and equipment. Regarding the crab salt product, he highly appreciated the novelty, creativity and the utilization of raw materials from the local crab industry . He requested the company to soon complete the dossier for appraisal and development of the commune's OCOP products.

U Minh Commune Party Secretary Le Hong Thinh suggested the company develop OCOP brands and products.

The Party Secretary also requested relevant sectors to pay attention and create favorable conditions in terms of capital, equipment and machinery for businesses and business households when needed. At the same time, he emphasized the need to support and replicate effective models and products to promote local economic development.
