According to the Hanoi Department of Health , the plan was made to ensure medical response, disease prevention, and food safety in the city before, during, and after the exam.
Accordingly, the four specific requirements include: ensuring environmental hygiene, implementing disease prevention measures; ensuring water quality and food safety; strengthening medical examination and treatment at all levels, fully arranging human resources, vehicles, medicines, and equipment for first aid, medical examination and treatment to serve the people, candidates and their families.
On the other hand, units and localities prepare mobile and reserve emergency teams to respond to emergencies in case of disasters, mass poisonings, etc. to serve candidates, their families and other forces participating in the exam.
The Department of Health assigned the Hanoi Center for Disease Control (CDC) to coordinate communication on environmental sanitation to prevent and control epidemics; apply measures to prevent epidemics, heatstroke, and heatstroke.
Hanoi CDC coordinates with units to strengthen environmental hygiene inspection, disease prevention in general at exam venues, and check to ensure the hygiene and quality of domestic water sources of water plants and water supply stations in the city.
The City Food Safety and Hygiene Department coordinates with units to strengthen inspection and supervision of food safety assurance at food service establishments, especially food service establishments around the exam area.
Along with that, the Food Safety Department inspected food safety work and proactively took samples to assess food safety risks; focusing on street food establishments, food service establishments, beverage production and business establishments around the exam locations.
In addition, units step up propaganda and guidance for food producers, traders and processors; propagate to people, candidates and their families to choose safe food; organize and establish quick response teams to respond to emergency situations when there is food poisoning before, during and after the exam.
In addition, the 115 Emergency Center develops a transportation plan and coordinates information to respond to emergency situations outside the hospital during the exam period; organizes permanent teams to ensure readiness to respond to requests for timely and safe emergency transportation of patients and other emergency tasks as directed by the Department of Health.
