On September 26, many residents living in an apartment building on Nguyen Xien Street, Long Binh Ward reported suspected food poisoning after eating bread at the RR store.
Sharing with Dan Tri reporter, Mr. Tran Dang Anh Tuan (born in 1998, residing in Long Binh ward), said that on the afternoon of September 23, while picking up his child from school, he bought bread at the RR store in front of the school gate in the apartment building's internal road. When he got home, his wife and 3-year-old son ate together.
The next morning, Mr. Tuan’s wife and children continued to have high fevers, vomiting and diarrhea. On the morning of September 25, he took his wife and children to the hospital for a check-up. There, the doctor diagnosed that both mother and child had an intestinal infection caused by bacteria.

"When I went to the hospital, the doctor said that many people were hospitalized in the same condition as my wife and children. I suspected that the cause was from eating bread at the above mentioned shop. After the incident, I reported it to the local authorities," said Mr. Tuan.
Similarly, Ms. Thao (born in 1994, residing in Long Binh ward) and her husband also vomited and had diarrhea after eating bread at the RR store on the morning of September 24.
"On the morning of September 25, my husband and I started to vomit, then had diarrhea. This morning, my husband and I went to the hospital for examination and treatment. I hope the authorities will soon intervene to resolve the above incident," said Ms. Thao.
Not only Mr. Tuan and Ms. Thao, dozens of other people also reflected the same situation in the common group of residents on social networks.
