Sin Thau Commune Police, Muong Nhe District (Dien Bien) is located in the far west of the country. This Tet, many officers and soldiers here volunteered to stay and celebrate the spring with the Ha Nhi people. The chief of police in Sin Thau commune, Lieutenant Colonel Ly Xu Tu, is a Ha Nhi born in Muong Te in a family with a tradition of working in the police force. After many years of working in Muong Nhe, he has become a "son of the village".
