Clarifying the responsibilities of organizations and individuals involved in violations at Cu Hill, Da Lat

On January 12, Mr. Dang Quang Tu, Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Lat City ( Lam Dong ) signed document No. 296/UBND-QLDT, requesting functional units to urgently and strictly handle violations at the golf club building in Cu Doi Da Lat; review and clarify the responsibilities of relevant departments, offices, units, organizations and individuals due to lax management of construction order.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Lat City requested Royal Dalat Joint Stock Company (investor) to voluntarily dismantle all illegal and unlicensed construction items at the golf club building project in Cu Hill, Da Lat.

The City Urban Management Department shall preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of Ward 1 and relevant units to prepare documents and strictly handle violations in the investment and construction of this project. After the above deadline, if the investor does not comply, proactively coordinate with the People's Committee of Ward 1 to urgently advise on the issuance of a plan, organize the mobilization of forces and machinery to enforce and dismantle illegal construction items (illegible, unlicensed) to ensure compliance with the deadline required by Lam Dong province and to ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.

Organize a review of the entire process of performing the task of managing construction order of Ward 1 People's Committee, departments, units, organizations and individuals involved in not promptly checking and handling the above violations to the City People's Committee (through the Department of Internal Affairs) for consideration; deadline before January 25. Synthesize and report the above contents to the City People's Committee before February 15.
