On the afternoon of September 26, the People's Committee of Binh Tan Ward (HCMC) signed a joint plan between the Ward People's Committee and the HCMC Digital Transformation Center in implementing digital transformation tasks.
The signing ceremony aims to create conditions for people, officials, civil servants, public employees and workers to access and effectively use digital tools, especially technology platforms serving public administration, contributing to improving the ward's digital transformation index. This is also an activity to effectively implement Resolution 57 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.

At the ceremony, the People's Committee of Binh Tan Ward launched 12 reception points in the neighborhood to support online application submission in the fields of social security (including social pension benefits, social protection, funeral allowances, etc.); civil status (birth registration, death registration, marriage registration, etc.), contributing to spreading the digital transformation movement from the grassroots level, helping people access public services most conveniently.
In addition, introduce the specialized page "Posting administrative procedures under the authority of the Ward People's Committee" and guide some frequently arising administrative procedures; training on Ho Chi Minh City Digital Citizen Application and the topic "Digital Education for the People".

Chairman of Binh Tan Ward People's Committee Nguyen Van Su said that with the increasing workload at the commune level, it is urgent to promote the application of information technology and digital transformation to meet the assigned tasks, especially when operating a 2-level local government model.

Regarding the "Digital Education for All" movement, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Tan Ward shared that the ward has more than 160,000 people with more than 36,000 households. In the coming time, the ward will promote the "Digital Education for All" movement in the area, spreading and penetrating deeply into people's lives.
