City leaders encourage the two fireworks teams from Korea and Italy.

DNO - On the afternoon of June 26, at the Han River port area, Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi visited and encouraged the two fireworks teams from Korea and Italy. These are the two teams that will perform at the 5th competition night, which is also the final night of the qualifying round of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2025 on the evening of June 28 with the theme "Technology leads the way".

Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi acknowledged the careful, serious and professional preparation of the two teams; at the same time, encouraged the two teams to have a successful, impressive, eye-catching and safe performance night.

“It is known that Italy is the team with the most achievements at DIFF, but I believe that the new team Korea will also bring many surprises. I expect the two teams to bring a feast of sound, light and many innovations like the theme of the competition night, Technology leads the way,” Vice Chairwoman of the City People’s Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi emphasized.

Participating for the first time at DIFF, the new team Faseecom from Korea will bring a performance called “Flying Dragon Dance”. Inspired by the image of the dragon, a meaningful cultural symbol of East Asian countries and the image of the brand bridge of Da Nang , the Korean fireworks team will stage a cinematic light work. The team hopes to bring a modern performance, integrating technology and creativity, continuing the new and impressive wave that this year’s new team is creating in the sky of the Han River.

Faseecom is being competed against by Martarello Group SRL, the “giant” of the fireworks industry from Italy. This is the most successful team at DIFF, having twice stepped onto the podium of glory in 2017 and 2018, won the runner-up position in 2023, and conquered the audience with the title of “Most Favorite Team” at DIFF 2024. At DIFF 2025, the Italian team brought the work “Harmony of Light – Opening the Future”, inspired by the strong transformation journey of Da Nang in the new era.
