Through inspection and understanding of the actual situation, Chairman of the People's Committee of O Dien Commune Do Chi Hung requested that units need to strengthen coordination, closely monitor the storm situation to promptly respond to situations that occur, not to be passive or surprised. Especially, closely follow the locality, key points, proactively implement the "4 on-site" plan, evacuate people in areas directly affected; promote information, propaganda, warning, raise awareness among people about proactively implementing measures to prevent and combat storms.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of O Dien commune also directly inspected Van Vy fishing village, talked, discussed, grasped the living situation, family circumstances, shared the difficulties and hardships of the people and reminded them of the dangerous nature of storm No. 3, encouraged people to move to a safe place according to the direction of the government.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of O Dien commune requested the Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue of the commune to absolutely not be subjective or negligent in directing the work of storm prevention and control, to closely monitor the storm's developments, update full information to promptly adjust appropriate response plans. The goal is to absolutely ensure safety of life and minimize damage to State and people's property.
