National launching ceremony to support the Cuban people

The launching ceremony was held in person and online from Hanoi to provinces and centrally run cities.

At the Da Nang city bridge, chaired by the city Red Cross Society with the coordination of the Office of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, with the participation of relevant agencies, organizations and units.

The program takes place over 65 days, from August 13 to October 16, with the goal of mobilizing at least 65 billion VND to support the Cuban people with medical supplies, necessities and sustainable development cooperation, contributing to helping you overcome difficulties caused by the pandemic, natural disasters...

This is a humanitarian activity, aiming to celebrate the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries (December 2, 1960 - December 2, 2025), and at the same time has profound meaning, demonstrating the exemplary, loyal and close relationship between Vietnam and Cuba.

Organizations and individuals can participate in supporting in many forms: donating at agencies, units, schools, communities; supporting via banks, QR codes, mobile applications... All contributions will be received, managed transparently and transferred to the Cuban people in 2025.

In Da Nang city, as planned, after the launching ceremony, the city's Red Cross will host a program to mobilize support for the Cuban people to ensure effectiveness, compliance with regulations, and suitability to local conditions.
