Hung Yen has over 30 thousand enterprises operating in many different fields, from industrial production, agricultural processing to consumer goods. The connection between enterprises has been creating an important driving force to promote business development.
One of the effective linkage models is between Ming Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Yen My 2 Industrial Park) and Hung Ha Paper and Packaging Co., Ltd. (Hung Yen). Ming Shin is a 100% foreign-invested enterprise, investing in Hung Yen since 2020, on an area of 4.2 hectares, specializing in the production of high-quality packaging, mainly exported to the European market, creating stable jobs for more than 700 workers. Since entering Vietnam, the Company has identified a sustainable development strategy through close cooperation with domestic suppliers. Mr. Alan Guo, Deputy General Director of Ming Shin Group, emphasized: We consider long-term cooperation with Hung Ha Paper and Packaging Company, an enterprise specializing in the production and supply of raw paper with large output in the province, as an important foundation. Each year, the partner company's supply output reaches thousands of tons, with stable quality. This is a supply relationship that helps businesses reduce costs, improve product quality and be more proactive in the production chain.
The association is also highly effective in traditional consumer goods manufacturing industries in the province. Mr. Nguyen Van Son's Tien Son mat production facility (Long Hung commune) currently has about 50 workers, making 2,000 - 3,000 mats per day, distributing to a system of agents across the country. Mr. Son shared: "The production stage is important, but the consumption stage is even more important. We always look for ways to expand our connections with agents, cooperatives and distribution systems. This is the way for Hung Yen mat products to maintain their position, creating stable jobs with an income of 7 - 8 million VND/person/month". At Vinagri Vietnam Agricultural Products Production, Trading and Export Company Limited (Me So Commune) with Mr. Tran Minh Duc as Director, every year hundreds of tons of finished agricultural products are processed such as: Longan, lotus seeds, tapioca flour, honey... Mr. Duc said, from the stage of purchasing raw materials in the garden, processing, packaging to exporting, all are based on the chain of links with farmers, cooperatives and distribution partners in and outside the province. Prominent in the province are agricultural production cooperatives in Tan Hung and Tien Hoa communes and the distribution partner is Big Green Clean Food Company in Hanoi city. Thanks to that, the products are not only consumed domestically but also reach the international market, increasing the value of local agricultural products.
Practices from enterprises in Hung Yen show that linkage does not stop at the stage of supplying raw materials and consuming, but also extends to cooperation in upgrading production models, applying technology... Each enterprise is a link in the value chain, when connected, it will promote advantages, complement each other, thereby creating common strength. This is the key to improving competitiveness, promoting innovation, and developing the economy in association with sustainable goals.
