Hometown: Phu Dong Commune, Hanoi , permanent residence at No. 23, Lane 121, Le Thanh Nghi Street, Bach Mai Ward, Hanoi; due to old age and poor health, passed away at 8:00 a.m. on September 29, 2025 (ie August 8, At Ty year), at the age of 81. The funeral was held at the National Funeral Home No. 5 Tran Thanh Tong, Hanoi; cremation at Hoan Vu Crematorium, Hanoi. Burial at the hometown cemetery of Phu Dong Commune, Hanoi.
