The launch of the Reading Cultural Space comes from the orientation of promoting the value of Ho Van, a space associated with the Quoc Tu Giam relic, and at the same time gradually turning this place into a "knowledge playground" of the Capital.

The special feature of this place is that all people can access and read on the spot for free. This open service contributes to realizing the policy of building a learning society, encouraging lifelong learning, and at the same time creating opportunities for visitors to the relic to have a deeper experience.

Not only for reading, this will be a place to organize exchange activities, creative experiences associated with reading culture and heritage. This model is expected to gradually become a typical public cultural space, contributing to the development of unique cultural and tourism industrial products of the Capital./.
