According to the enrollment plan, from June 15 to July 20, independent candidates who wish to register for admission will have to go to the reception points as prescribed by the Department of Education and Training to create an account to register for admission on the system.
However, the Ministry of Education and Training received feedback from the Departments of Education and Training, schools and candidates about not being able to register their admission wishes because they had not created an account on the system.
To create the best conditions for these candidates, the Ministry of Education and Training will reopen the system from 9:00 a.m. on July 26 to 5:00 p.m. on July 28 so that reception points can continue to open registration accounts for candidates.
The Ministry of Education and Training requests that the Departments of Education and Training direct reception points to review and create accounts for candidates, absolutely not leaving out registration forms. Higher education institutions with candidates for early admission review and notify candidates to create accounts and register their admission wishes.
On the afternoon of July 21, the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) announced the score distribution of 5 common admission groups (also known as blocks) including A00, B00, C00, D01, A01. According to some experts, candidates need to have a "strategy" to be admitted to their wishes.
