* Simacai Commune: Landslides make it difficult for people to move on the road to Seo Can Ho village
Due to heavy rain that lasted from the night of July 13 to the morning of July 14, a landslide occurred on the road leading to Seo Can Ho village, Si Ma Cai commune, Lao Cai province, causing the road surface to turn into mud and become slippery.
Mud covers the road surface, creating deep holes and many obstacles, forcing people to move along the narrow edge of the road, posing a potential safety risk.

The local authorities quickly mobilized local forces to initially clear the mud and create a temporary path for people. However, the road is still very difficult to travel due to weak ground and large amounts of mud.
According to the weather forecast, the weather in Si Ma Cai in the coming days will still have scattered rain, high risk of landslides, local authorities recommend people to be vigilant, limit travel on highland roads when it rains heavily, proactively monitor warning information and follow the instructions of the authorities to ensure safety of life and property.
