In 2024, the Party building organization sector of the province will focus on advising on the implementation and completion of 29 key assigned tasks with quality and progress guaranteed according to the set requirements.

Participate in giving opinions on draft projects, regulations and summarizing and concluding directives and resolutions under the direction of the Central and Provincial Party Committees on Party building and organization work to ensure time, progress and quality.

Notably, the industry promptly advised on consolidating and perfecting the leadership and management positions of the province after receiving the Inspection Conclusion of the Central Inspection Team 581, creating high consensus and unanimity.

Complete the work of advising on staff planning associated with personnel arrangements before the Provincial Party Congress. Advise on the plan to implement the Project of district-level Party secretaries who are not local people associated with the work of preparing personnel for Party congresses at all levels towards the 23rd Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030...

The work of developing new party members exceeded the target set by the resolution. As of December 15, 2024, the whole province admitted 2,203/1,900 new party members, reaching 115.95% of the target set by the resolution. At the same time, consulting on solutions to develop new party members among students, in 2024, 185 students and 13 university students were admitted.

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet acknowledged and commended the results achieved by the Party building organization sector of the province in 2024.

Basically agreeing with the 8 groups of tasks and key solutions set out for 2025, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the entire industry to focus on doing a good job of advising on the arrangement and streamlining of the political system's apparatus in conjunction with restructuring the staff according to the set roadmap.

Immediately after the Central Government issued policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the implementation of the organizational arrangement of the political system, the sector proactively made arrangement plans to promptly resolve policies and stabilize personnel to perform political tasks well. Allocate sufficient necessary resources and have appropriate mechanisms and policies of the province for those directly affected in the process of organizational arrangement.

The Party building organization sector of the whole province continues to advise on completing the preparation and direction work, successfully organizing the Party congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term, focusing on coordinating and advising on the construction to ensure the quality of draft documents submitted to the congress, advising on the construction of good personnel plans at the Party Committee level, and plans to elect delegations to attend the Party Congress at higher levels.
