The Southern Region Hydrometeorological Station said that today, March 9, the general weather in Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces and cities in the South will be mainly cloudy and intermittently hot.

In the late afternoon, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places. Northeast to East winds at level 2-3. Thunderstorms may include tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind.

Temperatures in the area remain high with the lowest temperatures ranging from 23 - 26 degrees Celsius and the highest from 31 - 35 degrees Celsius.
