Also in Hoi An City, VietinBank Bac Thang Long Branch (Hanoi) has just announced the auction of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land with an area of 623.9 m2 belonging to the Hoi An Sea Sports Ecotourism Project, in Cam An Ward, Hoi An City, Quang Nam Province.
The Hoi An Sea Sports Ecotourism Project was granted a certificate of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land to Tri Viet Hoi An Joint Stock Company by the People's Committee of Quang Nam province on July 27, 2017.
The starting price of the property is 49,940 billion VND, excluding registration fees for transfer of rights, costs of procedures for transferring land use rights, property ownership rights and other taxes and fees as prescribed by law (to be borne by the buyer).
It is known that Tri Viet Hoi An Joint Stock Company is the investor of the Hoi An Marine Ecological Sports Tourism Project (The Pearl Hoi An - A Festa Hotel & Resort Project). During the project implementation process, Tri Viet Hoi An has been fined and warned many times by the Quang Nam Provincial Inspectorate, the Quang Nam Provincial Department of Construction, and the Quang Nam Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment for violations.
In addition, recently, a number of customers who bought apartments at the above project of Tri Viet Hoi An Company continuously reported the delay in handing over the apartments to customers, seriously violating the obligations stipulated in the contract.
