When meeting her older sister again, Ngan Quynh burst into tears because life was too difficult. The female artist shared: "My older sister asked if singing was okay, if not, I would open a wholesale store for her, but if I wanted to pursue this career, I had to sing well and well. If I didn't sing well and well, I wouldn't be able to. When I returned to Saigon, my contemporaries were already famous. I had to start over from the beginning when I was older."

However, after listening to Ngan Quynh's sweet voice, Thanh Hang decided to help her sister return to her career. Ngan Quynh choked up as she recounted: "I was singing when I saw my second sister in a corner of the stage. After I finished singing, my second sister asked me to go home and sing with her. My second sister took me to the store to buy clothes and then took me home to sing. Honestly, without my second sister, I would have quit my job. I still remember that time, I recorded two cai luong songs, but it had been so long since I remembered cai luong, I kept running out of breath when I sang. My second sister ran over and held my waist to keep my breath. The second song was Ngan Kieu for me to sing. That's why there were songs I sang exactly like my second sister, and there were songs exactly like Ngan." After their confessions, both artists Thanh Hang and Ngan Quynh could not hold back their tears. MC Dai Nghia and People's Artist Hong Van also expressed their admiration for the affection that members of artist Ngan Quynh's family had for each other.
