On the sidelines of the first Congress of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, which took place on October 2, Mr. Tran Quoc Toan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, shared his political determination to build a clean, strong and comprehensive Party Committee and political system.

According to Mr. Toan, building a clean and strong Party organization is the core task of the Hung Yen Party Committee. Therefore, in this term, the Hung Yen Party Committee will continue to promote the building of a clean and strong Party and political system in all aspects. At the same time, synchronously innovate methods and improve the capacity and effectiveness of leadership of Party committees and organizations.
In addition to promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, the Hung Yen Party Committee will also improve the quality of training, foster political theory, and update new knowledge for party members at all levels.
In addition, Hung Yen Party Committee will promote the responsibility of setting an example, self-awareness of self-cultivation and moral training of cadres and party members, especially leaders, managers and heads at all levels... Activities and activities will also be innovated but still ensure the principles of democratic centralism, solidarity, unity, self-criticism and criticism.
Mr. Toan said that building an honest, responsible, effective and efficient government and accelerating the construction of a digital government is also an important factor in building a clean and strong political system.
During this term, Hung Yen Party Committee will develop a team of cadres who are up to the task. Focus on building and developing a team of cadres with sufficient capacity, qualifications, moral qualities and prestige to meet the development requirements of the province in the new period.
According to Mr. Toan, in this term, the Hung Yen Party Committee will continue to innovate and improve the effectiveness of inspection, supervision and party discipline enforcement. At the same time, it will strengthen internal affairs, inspection, judicial reform and continue to promote, resolutely and persistently fight, prevent and repel corruption, waste and negativity...
The first Congress of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030 took place on October 2 - 3, at the Hung Yen Provincial Labor Culture House (Tra Ly Ward, Hung Yen).
The congress convened 438 delegates. October 2 was the preparatory session and group discussion, and October 3 was the official session.
According to Hung Yen Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Huu Nghia, this congress marks a historical milestone and is of great significance to Hung Yen province, after the merger between Hung Yen and Thai Binh.
