On the afternoon of May 17, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Gau, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, Chairman of the Council of the Creative Youth Awards in the Army, inspected the preparation work for the program to summarize and award the 23rd Creative Youth Awards in the Army.
Implementing the direction of the head of the Ministry of National Defense , the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, the Military Youth Committee - the Standing Agency of the Award Council has closely coordinated with relevant agencies and units, urgently carried out all preparations, ensuring all aspects of the program take place according to the content and plan. Up to now, all program preparations have been completed.
The program summarizing and awarding the 23rd Creative Youth in the Army Award took place on May 18 in Hanoi. The program is an annual activity, aiming to evaluate the results of the award's activities; at the same time, to commend and reward young authors, thereby encouraging and motivating the youth of the entire army to continue to promote learning, scientific research, promote the role of vanguard and creativity, contributing to the building of the Army, building and protecting the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
The program to summarize and present the 23rd Creative Youth Award in the Army is a practical activity to celebrate the 133rd birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 / May 19, 2023) and to welcome Vietnam Science and Technology Day (May 18).

Evaluation of works participating in the 23rd Creative Youth Award in the Army 
From April 4 to 7, the Scientific Council of the following majors: Research on ensuring national defense production; training, education and training; logistics, military medicine and pharmacy; social sciences, humanities, culture and arts held a conference to appraise and evaluate works participating in the 23rd Creative Youth Award in the Army.
More than 300 works were selected to receive the 23rd Creative Youth Award in the Army.
