Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van De has just signed Decision No. 4462/QD-UBND dated December 29 on assigning targets for the plan to build new rural villages, hamlets, and communes in 2024 and build gardens meeting new rural standards in 2024.
Accordingly, 28 villages and hamlets in the plan to meet new rural standards in 2024 will be implemented in 7 mountainous districts, specifically: Thanh Chuong district with 2 villages and hamlets; Tan Ky with 4 villages and hamlets; Tuong Duong with 7 villages and hamlets; Ky Son with 7 villages and hamlets; Quy Chau with 3 villages and hamlets; Con Cuong with 3 villages and hamlets; and Anh Son with 2 villages and hamlets.
There are 59 gardens meeting new rural standards in 19 districts and towns. Of which, Vinh city has 2 gardens; Que Phong 3 gardens; Thanh Chuong 4 gardens; Dien Chau 3 gardens, Do Luong 4 gardens, Hung Nguyen 5 gardens; Tan Ky 4 gardens; Quy Hop 3 gardens; Nghia Dan 3 gardens, Quynh Luu 4 gardens; Tuong Duong 1 garden, Nghi Loc 4 gardens; Nam Dan 6 gardens; Quy Chau 3 gardens; Con Cuong 4 gardens, Anh Son 3 gardens; Yen Thanh 3 gardens and Hoang Mai town 1 garden.
However, localities have registered to build 176 new rural standard gardens. Among them, some localities have registered many such as Dien Chau 25 gardens, Do Luong 20 gardens, Anh Son 20 gardens, Nam Dan 15 gardens, Tan Ky 12 gardens...
The Provincial People's Committee assigns provincial departments and branches; People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to guide, direct and support localities in the implementation process.
Currently, the whole province has 197 villages and hamlets meeting new rural standards, and it is expected that there will be 15 more villages and hamlets meeting new rural standards. The whole province has 348 gardens meeting new rural standards. In the near future, 190 gardens will be assessed and recognized as new rural standards./.
