Voters of Hoan Kiem district raised many opinions on the field of public asset management.

Chairman of the People's Council of Hoan Kiem District Vu Dang Dinh also assessed that recently, the People's Committee of the district has paid attention to directing units to focus on implementing the conclusions of the meeting chair at the 7th session's question and answer session. However, there are still some issues that have not been effectively resolved. The People's Council requested the People's Committee of the district to continue to focus on directing the complete implementation of the conclusions at the question and answer sessions.

In particular, thoroughly resolve the situation of 2 real estate facilities (65 Cua Nam and 415 Hong Ha) being occupied; complete the arrangement plan for real estate facilities managed by units under the district and the plan for arrangement and use of 23 real estate facilities managed by the district that are currently not in use; direct units to complete the development of the Project on management, use and exploitation of public assets, and at the same time direct to immediately end the situation of leasing real estate facilities assigned to management units that are not in accordance with the law; strictly implement the citizen reception regime according to the provisions of the Law on Citizen Reception; have specific solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of resolving voters' recommendations and pressing people's issues...

Comrade Vu Dang Dinh also proposed to consider and take disciplinary action against heads of units and chairmen of ward People's Committees who do not implement or do not strictly implement the district leaders' instructions after receiving citizens and the conclusions on handling complaints and denunciations. For the People's Committees of districts and wards, agencies need to seriously implement the commitments made to the district People's Council delegates and report to the district People's Council at the regular meeting at the end of 2023.
